About the role

The successful applicant will join our newly established Wellbeing Team and play a key role in delivering practical and emotional support strategies to students and their wider family or carer networks. The role involves delivering Early Help interventions and providing support to families in need of additional guidance.

Responsibilities (illustrative, as described in the posting)
  • Deliver a range of practical and emotional wellbeing support strategies to students and their families.
  • Provide Early Help interventions and guidance to families in need.
  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing Team and wider school staff to support learners' development and aspirational outcomes.
Qualifications and requirements
