- Transport Support: Assist with transporting children to and from contact sessions when necessary.
- Multi Agency Working: Collaborate closely with social workers and other professionals to support care plans.
- Conflict Management: Manage challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Experience working with children or families in roles such as support work, childcare, or youth work.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Ability to remain impartial and professional in sensitive situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, if required for travel.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care, Childcare, or a related field.
- Experience in supervised contact or family support services.
- Knowledge of children's social care processes and court requirements.
