Job Description

Job Title: Family Therapist - BME and Migrant Women Family Support Service (Domestic Violence and Abuse)

Salary: £37,128 - £42,588 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: Permanent (subject to performance and continued funding)

Location: The post will be based at EACH Ealing but will be required to work off- site, remotely and any of EACH's offices based on the needs of the service.

EACH Counselling and Support is a growing organisation, with 50+ staff and volunteers, and presence in 10 London Boroughs. We provide a wide range of services (therapeutic and nontherapeutic) around our core strands of Mental Health, Domestic Violence and Substance Misuse. The Family Therapist will be a key role ensuring delivery and performance of EACH's therapeutic and non-therapeutic family services. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, mainly based in our offices in West Ealing and occasion travel to sites in Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow. This post is permanent subject to continuous funding and performance.

You will

• Develop robust service plans, ensure effective co-ordination and performance delivery of projects.

• Provide management and supervision to a diverse staff team.

• Nurture strong working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

• Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based therapeutic interventions to women and their families affected by domestic abuse.

You will need

• A recognised qualification in family therapy, counselling, psychology or a related therapeutic discipline Staff management, leadership and supervision experience.

• Experience delivering trauma-informed therapy to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence or related harm.

• Experience of managing, delivering and monitoring contracted services on time.

• Ability to develop and embed service user voice and involvement

• Ability to develop services in response to needs of diverse client groups
