Family Support Worker: Empower Care Leavers & Families

Bristol City Council is recruiting a full-time Family Support Worker to join the Through Care Service in Bristol. The role supports children in care and care leavers aged 0-25 and their families, building relationships and supervising family time.

The team works across 12 social work teams with dedicated focus on care leavers and children in care, based at B Bond in Hotwells. You will work flexibly, travel to see children, and may work beyond 5pm.
