Family Support Worker - Prevention & Social Care (Waking Hours)

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a Family Support Worker within its Prevention and Social Care Support team to help families in Wrexham. The role supports positive parenting, independence and safe children through direct work with children, young people and families.

Qualifications include QCF/NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or ability to achieve QCF Level 3; hours are 37 per week between 7am-10pm, five days, including weekends, across the waking hours team.
