Family Support Lead & Volunteer Coordinator

Safe Families is looking for a Family Support Manager to join their North West team. This role involves working with families and coordinating support from volunteers. Responsibilities include performing risk assessments, providing mentoring for volunteers, and navigating challenging family circumstances. The position is part-time (22.5 hours per week) and home-based, requiring some travel within Lancashire. A strong background in working with children or vulnerable groups and knowledge of safeguarding principles are essential. An attractive holiday entitlement is also provided.
