The Role

• Manage a caseload of private family law matters
• Advise on divorce and separation
• Handle financial and property matters
• Assist with child arrangements and related disputes
• Work on cohabitation matters and domestic abuse cases
• Manage cases from instruction through to conclusion
• Provide clear, empathetic and practical advice to clients

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Minimum 1 year experience in private family law
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Compassionate and client focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
