An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded, multi-service regional law firm with a strong reputation across the Home Counties for their Milton Keynes office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a successful and growing team, with genuine scope for progression and a high degree of autonomy.

You will join an established Family department, handling a broad and high-quality caseload of privately funded matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex and sensitive cases while maintaining a strong level of client contact.

Your caseload will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy, including high-value and complex asset cases
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

You will be expected to manage matters independently from instruction through to conclusion, while also supporting the wider team and contributing to departmental growth.

There is a strong emphasis on client relationship management and business development, and you will be encouraged to play a key role in strengthening referral networks and generating new work.

Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors who:

• Have circa 8+ years PQE with strong private family law experience
• Are confident managing a full caseload independently
• Demonstrate excellent technical ability and sound judgement
• Are commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
