Family Solicitor

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Family Law Solicitor (approx. 5+ years qualified) to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Family team.

The candidate will work alongside partners and senior solicitors to deliver high-quality client service and will also undertake responsibility for running their own caseload.

My client is a specialist family law boutique ranked in Chambers UK Guide 2026 and Legal 500.

My client advises on a full range of private family law matters, to include complex financial remedy cases (often with an international element), high-conflict children disputes, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, relocation, Schedule 1 and cohabitation, and contested probate/Inheritance Act issues. You will be expected to demonstrate your experience in these areas.

Key Criteria and Responsibilities

5+ years' PQE in private family law

Excellent communication skills; an ability to undertake responsibility for managing and meeting client expectations to ensure clients feel valued and well-informed

Strong drafting, problem-solving and negotiation skills

A commitment to client care and to minimising conflict

Team-player attitude, proactive and motivated by high standards

Start Date: May 2026
