The ideal candidate should be prepared to handle their own advocacy and be proactive in networking and engaging in business development activities. While having a client following is beneficial, it is not essential. The firm prioritises its Lawyers' concentration on fee earning and billing, with credit control managed by internal teams, and a dedicated inbound telephony team handling messages and calls.
