You'll work closely with Partners, contribute to the team's growth across Stamford and Rutland and play a key role in business development. Some travel and occasional out-of-hours commitments are required for meetings, training and client work.

About You

You will be:

• A Family Lawyer with 6+ years' PQE
• Experienced across high-value financial remedies, children matters and wider family disputes
• A strong communicator with excellent client-care skills
• Proactive, organised, commercially aware and confident in handling complex cases independently
• A supportive team player who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to business development
