Job Description

The Family Solicitor will be:

• Handling a varied caseload of family law matters
• Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients in often complex and sensitive situations
• Drafting legal documents and representing clients
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to the team's ongoing success

The Successful Applicant

The Family Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year PQE in family law
• Experienced in managing a full case load independently
• Confident in client communication and negotiation skills
• Well-versed in current family law legislation and procedures
