Family Solicitor

Well established Midlands firm has a vacancy for a Family Solicitor in their Stafford office.

Responsibilities

• Private Law Children Matters
• Divorce
• Financial Settlements
• Separation
• Domestic Violence
• Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
• Cohabitee disputes

In addition, you will assist the Director with more complex matters on occasion, undertake advocacy and be involved in business development and marketing.

Qualifications

5+ years' PQE required.

Salary: £40000 - £50000 per annum
