Family Solicitor 2+ PQE ? Chapeltown, Sheffield ? Full-time (preferred) but will consider part time ? Competitive salary + benefits (DOE) A well-established and respected South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor with strong financial remedy experience to join its team based in Chapeltown, Sheffield. The role: You will manage your own caseload of private family matters, with a particular emphasis on finance, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation disputes
• Private children matters
• Negotiation, settlement and court work

The role offers autonomy over files, with support available from experienced colleagues and realistic expectations around workload. An exposure to Legal Aid would be beneficial. The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Proven experience handling family finance matters is essential
• Confident running a private family caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
