A well-established and respected South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor with strong financial remedy experience to join its team based in Chapeltown, Sheffield.

The role

You will manage your own caseload of private family matters, with a particular emphasis on finance, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation disputes
• Private children matters
• Negotiation, settlement and court work

The role offers autonomy over files, with support available from experienced colleagues and realistic expectations around workload. An exposure to Legal Aid would be beneficial.
