An established and highly respected law firm in the heart of Altrincham is expanding its Family Law department and is looking for a driven and empathetic Paralegal to join the team.

The Role

As a key member of the Family Law team, you'll provide essential support to solicitors and fee earners across a wide range of matters, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Private children disputes
• Domestic abuse cases and injunction applications
• Care proceedings
• Cohabitation and separation disputes

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Bring

• Paralegal with experience supporting family law matters (other legal areas will be considered)
• Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A compassionate and professional approach when dealing with clients
• A Law degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but practical experience in family law will be equally valued
