Job Description

Mercor is hiring Family Medicine / Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) on behalf of a healthcare partner dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. In this role, you will provide primary medical services to individuals and families across all age groups, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. You will play a key role in improving population health outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient education, and continuity of care. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including routine checkups, health assessments, and chronic disease management.

  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and long-term conditions.

  • Develop and manage personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical history.

  • Promote preventive healthcare through screenings, immunizations, and patient education.

  • Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, integrated care.

  • Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards.

Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Valid medical license to practice in applicable jurisdiction.

  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in both preventive and acute care settings.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient advocacy and empathy.
