Family Liaison Teacher - KS3-KS5
Protocol Education is recruiting on behalf of an inclusive secondary school seeking a dedicated Family Liaison Teacher to support students, families and staff across Key Stages 3 to 5.
This non-teaching role offers the chance to utilise your teaching experience in a strategic and impactful position focused on student wellbeing, SEND provision and parental engagement.
Key responsibilities- Acting as the key link between home and school
- Supporting families to overcome barriers to learning and attendance
- Coordinating EHCP reviews and SEND-related meetings
- Delivering targeted SEMH interventions for students
- Supporting safeguarding, attendance and pastoral initiativesWorking closely with external professionals and agencies
- Promoting positive mental health and wellbeing across the school community
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience supporting SEND and SEMH needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
