Family Law Partner - Boutique Practice - Midlands

Role Overview

Opportunity to join a highly respected family law department in the West Midlands as part of a Legal 500 firm renowned for serving high net worth and high profile clients. This senior role is within a highly successful Family Law team that focuses on complex, predominantly privately funded matters.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex divorce, financial remedy, domestic violence, children law, emergency applications, and especially Special Guardianship matters for high net worth clients.
• Provide business management leadership by improving processes, supporting department growth, and ensuring team KPIs are achieved.
• Lead recruitment, implement new processes, and manage client targets.

Qualifications

• Senior Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE, holding Partner, Legal Director, or Senior Associate status.
• Experience in complex family law for high net worth clients.
