This is a fixed term post for 12 months.

As part of the Family Hub and Start for Life programme development Stoke-on-Trent City Council are recruiting to an exciting new post that will be a key part of designing the Family Hub offer.

Family Hubs will provide a universal 'front door' to families, offering a 'one-stop shop' of family support services across their social care, education, mental health and physical health needs, with a comprehensive Start for Life offer for parents and babies at its core.

The Family Hub Engagement Officer will be responsible for the Parent and Carer Panel and ensure that Parents and Carers voice is heard and central throughout the service co-design, delivery and evaluation.

They will also support the design and delivery of a range of inclusive opportunities to engage children, young people, parents and carers in Family Hubs.
