Family Hub Project Worker: Help Families Secure Homes

Crosscare operates as the social care arm of the Dublin Diocese, delivering services to homeless individuals and families from the Family Hub in Drumcondra. The Project Worker role involves 24-hour residential support, case management, and interagency collaboration to secure long-term housing and stability for clients.

You will work within a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends, and report to the Team Leader/Deputy Manager.
