Family Hub Navigator

We are St Helens Borough Council, a transformational Council located in the heart of the Northwest close to Liverpool, Manchester and Lancashire. We provide a wide range of local authority services to residents, businesses, schools and visitors.

There is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of a Family Hub model. As the Family Hub Navigator you will be the first point of contact for children and families, enabling a positive and smooth transition to the most relevant internal or external services. You will work closely with Family Hub Managers and partners, support the development of St Helens Family Hubs and Early Help offer, promote Family Hub and Children's Centre services to a wide range of audiences and identify opportunities to further develop services to meet the needs of St Helens children and families.
