Family Help Team Manager: Lead Multidisciplinary Social Care

Luton Council is seeking a Family Help Team Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering joined-up early-help and child-in-need services to keep children safe at home. You'll coordinate social workers, CAMHS clinicians, housing officers and others in Bedfordshire, with a focus on high-quality safeguarding and collaborative outcomes.

You will drive practice quality, supervise practitioners, manage budgets and partner across agencies to improve outcomes for families.
