Family Help Team Leader

Cardiff Family Advice and Support is an innovative and progressive service within the directorate of Children's Services in Cardiff Council. Accredited with a Families First Quality Award, the service provides high quality information, advice and assistance for children, young people, families and professionals across the city.

The service utilises a family centred, strengths based and inclusive approach, to identify the most appropriate support that will meet the wellbeing needs of both individuals and the family as a whole. The teams within the service work collaboratively with a range of professionals and partners to ensure support is at the right level and at the right time.

We are seeking to appoint a Grade 7 Family Help Team Leader who will lead, develop and support a team of Family Help Advisors to deliver bespoke early intervention and prevention support to families referred to the team. The postholder will liaise and communicate with a range of service users, including families and professionals, and will also work alongside the Service Manager to support the continued development and quality of service delivery.

Rydym yn ceisio penodi Arweinydd Tîm Helpu Deuluoedd Gradd 7 a fydd yn arwain, datblygu a chefnogi tîm o Gynghorwyr Helpu Teuluoedd i ddarparu cymorth atal ac ymyrryd yn gynnar pwrpasol i deuluoedd sy'n cael eu hatgyfeirio at y tîm. Bydd deiliad y swydd yn cysylltu a chyfathrebu gydag ystod o ddefnyddwyr gwasanaeth, gan gynnwys teuluoedd a gweithwyr proffesiynol, a bydd hefyd yn gweithio ochr yn ochr â'r Rheolwr Gwasanaeth i gefnogi datblygiad parhaus ac ansawdd y gwasanaethau.
