- Support innovation and continuous improvement within the service.
This is a frontline role where your ability to build trust, work collaboratively, and deliver impactful support will be key to achieving better outcomes for children and families.
What we are Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Holds an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Has experience working with children and families to deliver preventative interventions.

- Has strong communication, time management, and partnership working skills.
- Is flexible, values driven, and committed to continuous professional development.
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a service aligned with national reforms and the Best Start for Life vision.
