Family Court Advisor (Social Worker) - Oxford (UK), £37.75 - £41.00 per hour (Hourly). Join our dynamic team for an exciting 3 month locum opportunity. What you will do
  • Conduct early safeguarding enquiries to assess and analyse the needs and best interests of children involved in family court.
  • Provide child protection advice and guidance to families, professionals, and the court.
  • Visit children and families, gathering detailed observations and assessments.
  • Prepare detailed reports for court proceedings, ensuring the child's welfare is the primary focus.
  • Collaborate with a team that supports both public and private law cases, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should have an Enhanced DBS within the last 12 months via the Agency, be a qualified Social Worker (SW), registered with the Social Work England (SWE), and have the right to work in the UK as we do not offer sponsorship. This role requires at least three years of post qualifying experience, particularly in court settings.
