Job Description
Change Grow Live in Warwickshire is recruiting a Family First Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to work with the Warwickshire Children's Team across the six Family Help Locality Teams and FAST. The role focuses on delivering intensive support to families on Child Protection or Child in Need Plans affected by drug and/or alcohol misuse.
