Family & Community Navigator - Flexible Outreach

ESPO Trading Limited is seeking a Family & Community Navigator to join the Family Hubs team. This part-time role (18.5 hours per week) is fixed term until 31st March 2027, primarily working in communities across Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will engage families with diverse needs, manage community projects, and ensure child safeguarding practices. A qualification in Childcare or equivalent experience is essential. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,451 to £39,165 per annum.
