We are seeking an accomplished and highly successful Family Law Partner to join our firm and take a leading role in driving our London offering forward.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial Partner who is ready to leverage our established reputation and take us to the next level. We are looking for a leader with a passion for inspiring and leading a team, a reputation for being outstanding in their area, and significant professional credibility.

• You will bring to the role a minimum of 10 years PQE or demonstrable experience that showcases your expertise and readiness for this leadership role.
• A proactive and ambitious approach to business development and networking, with a clear vision for growing a practice.
• You will possess a proven track record of consistently exceeding billing targets and managing a profitable practice.
• You are an excellent leader with a genuine passion for mentoring and managing teams, coupled with a track record of building exceptional relationships with colleagues to open discussions around cross selling.
• Experience with international clients would be desirable.

This role is ideal for a highly successful Partner ready to take on a key leadership position within a purpose driven, growth oriented firm.

You'll spend at least 60% of your working week in the office, though we know there is no one size fits all and arrangements may vary from role to role.
