The Role

You will take a leading role in developing the family practice, handling a varied caseload of high-quality matrimonial matters while building on your existing client relationships and professional network.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on complex matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings.

Handling high-value financial settlements and privately funded family work.

Managing sensitive and complex matters with a commercially focused and client-centred approach.

Developing new business opportunities through your established following and professional connections.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, referrers and other professional advisers.

Contributing to the strategic development of the department and identifying opportunities for future team growth.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from established Family / Matrimonial Partners or senior family lawyers ready to take the next step into partnership.

A demonstrable following and strong connections within the market are essential. You will have a proven ability to generate work, develop lasting client relationships and build a successful practice.

You will also possess excellent technical expertise, strong commercial awareness and the ambition to contribute to the wider success of the firm.
