Factory worker 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen For International Flavors & Fragrances, we are looking for production employees to strengthen the team. You'll work in the powder department, where different stages of the production process take place across multiple floors. You'll keep your workstation clean, follow safety and hygiene rules, and report any deviations in time.

Your responsibilities

• Pre-batch: Collecting and preparing raw materials according to recipe and planning
• Mixing: Adding ingredients in the correct order and closely monitoring the mixing process
• Filling station: Filling bags with the right amount of powder and ensuring consistent quality
• Packing line: Solving small malfunctions, refilling packaging material, checking labels, and ensuring that the first product of each batch is sent to the lab for testing

Working hours 3 shifts

• Morning shift 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon shift 14:00 - 22:00
• Night shift 22:00 - 06:00

Wat we je bieden

• €17.91 gross per hour (excluding shift allowance)
• 20.5% shift allowance for all hours worked
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month payment
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• Possibility of a permanent contract upon good performance

Functie-eisen

• Experience in a production environment preferably in food or process industry;
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts;
• Good command of Dutch or English (at least B1 level);
• Accurate, reliable, and physically able to perform heavier tasks for example lifting bags up to 23 kg.
