As Facility Manager - 100%, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the clinic's infrastructure and support services. You will ensure the continuity, safety, regulatory compliance, and development of the facilities while actively contributing to the patient experience.Your missions:- Leadership of the Technical Service (maintenance, 24/7, safety, regulatory compliance).- Functional supervision of the IT Service and contribution to digitization projects.- Management of technical projects, team management, and budget monitoring.Profile:- Higher technical education (Engineering degree or equivalent).- 5 to 8 years of experience in a hospital and/or complex technical environment.- Excellent autonomous leadership qualities.- Service orientation and ability to handle critical situations.- Fluent in French and/or German and very good knowledge of the other language.Main workplace: LeukerbadStart date: to be agreed. jidb74ce45aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
