Work location: Geneva Activity rate: % Facility Management Object Manager (m/f/d) Work location: Geneva Start activity rate: to be defined Department: Facility Services Management Your tasks: Control and coordinate techniques (HVAC, hydraulics, fire safety), ensure regular building inspections and ensure compliance with regulations, establish the control schedule, the database, and the monitoring of technical alarms via system X (acknowledgment and doubt clearance). Provide daily technical support to clients (ticket management via Planon), ensure SLA monitoring with reporting and contribute to the comfort and well-being of users. Organize, accompany, and control the execution of work and maintenance, perform minor jobs, execute all activities in compliance with safety and environmental rules. Participate in the service of profile. Confirmed experience in technical concierge services or building maintenance, with a curiosity for security management, strong sense of service and responsibilities, while demonstrating versatility, autonomy, discretion, and respect for confidentiality. Proficiency in common tools (MS Office), very good command of French both spoken and written. Ability to work in a team, manage priorities, and adapt to unexpected changes.
