As a Facility & you contribute to the smooth operation of our sites, support our and assist the externals. This position is ideal for a dynamic person wishing to evolve in the field of Facility Management and building management. Tasks: Contribute to property management and monitor supplier performance (quality, deadlines, costs) Participate in monitoring and managing interventions and small projects Process and validate maintenance requests/tickets in the scope of maintaining close contact with clients to understand their needs and support their internal relocations, space adjustments and furniture needs Conduct regular rounds in buildings and ensure follow-up on actions and identified issues Update keys (needs) and prepare reports Participate in small redesign projects or in collaboration with and internal teams Your profile: Graduate from a higher education institution in the hospitality, real estate management, or facility management field First experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, management, or a related field Strong willingness to learn and evolve in a service role, good interpersonal skills and active listening Ability to manage tasks and simultaneously handle multiple issues Ability to work independently while knowing how to seek help at the right time Excellent command of French (minimum C1 level) Good oral and written proficiency in German or English (minimum B2 level) - is this a fit for us?
