Job Description
Thorlabs is seeking a Facilities engineer to implement and support a site-wide Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) strategy at our Ely manufacturing site, collaborating across teams to reduce downtime and boost operational performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The role involves planning routine maintenance, managing CMMS work orders, contracts, and hands-on support during downtime.
