Weekend Facilities Technician Supervisor

City Wide

Salary: £30,188 - £34,452 (pro rata for part time)

Hours: 12 per week, 52 weeks

Shifts

• Post One - 8am - 2pm (48 minute break)
• Post Two - 12pm - 6pm (48 minute break)

Responsibilities

• Manage a number of buildings allocated to you and supervise the Janitorial Staff within the designated area.
• Ensure provision of good customer service and prompt problem solving within your area.
• Adapt working hours in line with the flexible part time schedule required for weekend shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Essential staff supervision experience.
• Experience auditing, providing good customer service and problem solving is preferred.
• Experience with IT equipment and software packages is essential.
• Driving licence essential.
• This role is regulated under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007; applicants must be eligible for the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
• Applicants who have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years must provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check.
• Unconditional offer of employment and commencement will be subject to satisfactory completion of all pre employment checks.
