Facilities Systems Technician - HVAC & Critical Plant

BD Plymouth is seeking a Facilities Mechanical Technician to maintain environmental conditions and critical building systems onsite. You will perform Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive and breakdown works on mechanical systems, fault-find with BMS data, and ensure safety and clean plant rooms.

The role requires an apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification, knowledge of HVAC and BMS, and up to 2 years of facilities experience.
