Facilities Site Lead & Account Manager - IFM Delivery

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead / Account Manager to oversee a medium-sized team responsible for delivering client commitments and maintaining service quality across the site.

You will own delivery of all contracted IFM services, manage performance against KPIs and budgets, and act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring compliance and risk control. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, supplier management, and continuous improvement to meet
