Facilities Operations & Customer Experience Manager

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a compliant, soft-services focused FM operation within a single complex building. You will manage budgets, monitor supplier performance, and ensure excellent occupier engagement and customer experience across internal and external client bases.

The role requires strong health, safety and environment compliance, and effective liaison with tenants, colleagues, and external partners.
