- Statutory Compliance Execution: Coordinate the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of the buildings' hard services, M&E, and life safety equipment. Ensure that all systems under your control are fully operational and certified in accordance with fire regulations, Health and Safety Authority (HSA) guidelines, and statutory laws within Ireland.
- PPM Program Implementation: Implement and supervise the day-to-day delivery of the comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme developed for all on-site services and equipment.
