Circa £45k - £55k plus Car Allowance - £7k per annum

With a growing and diverse portfolio spanning offices and shopping centres across the UK-from Aberdeen to Bridgwater-my client is looking for a Facilities Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee contractor performance, service delivery, and value for money.
  • Manage repairs, upgrades, and compliance across all properties.
  • Lead on-site caretakers, ensuring smooth operations and accountability.
  • Draft and control service charge budgets and approve related invoices.
  • Conduct health & safety assessments, liaise with fire safety officers, and manage insurance incidents.
  • Provide tenant support, resolve disputes, and ensure lease compliance.
  • Support new acquisitions, TUPE transitions, and service charge appraisals.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in client-side commercial property management.
  • Strong understanding of leases, service charges, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with energy and drive.
  • Ideally, experience with Re-Leased property management software.
  • Membership of BIFM and/or RICS is a plus.
