Job Description
Facilities Manager Leisure & Entertainment Location - Flexible - Midlands / Manchester Salary: £50,000pa + Car

I am very excited to be working with this fast-paced group. We are searching for a Facilities Manager to join a high-growth leisure business expanding rapidly across the UK. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a multi-site portfolio and build the facilities management function from the ground up.

You will play a central role in shaping how sites operate, implementing systems, managing contractors, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment across all locations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business and wants real influence over how FM is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility for facilities management across multiple UK sites
  • Set up and implement PPM schedules, FM systems, processes, and standards as the portfolio grows
  • Manage all contractor relationships, including procurement, performance, and cost control
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Support new site openings and ongoing operational improvements
  • Act as the go-to lead for all facilities-related matters
About You:
  • Experienced Facilities Manager with a strong multi-site background
  • Ideally from leisure, fitness, retail, or a customer-facing environment
  • Confident managing contractors and driving service standards
  • Comfortable building processes from scratch in a growing business
  • Proactive, hands on, and commercially aware

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a role with autonomy, impact, and long-term growth potential. It is not a desk-based job, this is a hands on, mobile role that will need excellent judgement, organisational skills and a keen desire to get things right first time.

You need to be able to live and work in the UK without restriction.

You will need a clean driving license.
