Facilities Manager - London Total FM Leader

Apleona Hsg S.P.A. in London is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee total FM services in a corporate setting. You will manage H&S, compliance, and service charges, while leading hard and soft services to deliver seamless, professional service to the client.

Ideal candidates have strong FM experience, excellent people management, IWFM/IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications, and are able to adapt to change. Monday-Friday, 40 hours, with benefits including 25 days holiday and private healthcare.
