Facilities Manager - Hospitality Operations & Growth

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance across its Irish hotels. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate external plumbers and electricians, and ensure all work meets Dalata standards.

You will source suppliers, manage budgets and contracts, develop SOPs for duty managers, monitor utilities, and drive energy efficient upgrades while maintaining safety and high service levels in a fast-paced hotel setting.
