Facilities Manager - High-Tech Laser & Manufacturing Campus

Coherent Corp in Scotland is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, efficient operation of two buildings on site. You will manage day-to-day facilities activities, maintenance programs, and contractor engagement to support production and R&D teams.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and a proactive, cost-conscious approach to sustainability and safety. Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work is expected.
