Facilities Manager - Dual-Brand Hotel Ops

VERTIQ Hospitality Partners is seeking a Facilities Manager for the dual-brand Moxy & Residence Inn Slough by Marriott. The role leads the Engineering & Facilities team across two hotels (244 rooms) to ensure safe, compliant, and high-standard operations.

You will manage PP M maintenance, contractor oversight, budgets, and maintenance systems, while guiding a hands-on team and supporting a seamless guest experience. This is a day-to-day leadership role in a fast-paced hotel environment.
