About the Role: Based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire (S11) , you will be working 27.5 hours a week, Mon - Fri on Split shifts, 07:00-08:30 & 14:00-18:00. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include: Waste management Porterage Light decorating Maintenance work Cleaning Who are we looking for? Great customer service and communication skills and experience in similar setting (Caretaking, Maintenance, Trades, Handy-person, etc) A Team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group.
