Facilities Management Assistant (Domestic/Cleaner)

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Facilities Department for a Facilities Management Assistant (FMA) Domestic role at Clockview Hospital. The postholder(s) will provide cleaning and housekeeping services around the Secure Division, ensuring National cleaning standards, PLACE requirements and CQC standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and housekeeping services around the Secure Division, ensuring National cleaning standards, PLACE requirements and CQC standards are met.
• Carry out Cleaning and Catering duties and help maintain the high standards already set within the department and in line with National Standards.
• Work flexibly with deadlines and show high standards of quality in work.
• Maintain good communication skills, a pleasant personality, a positive attitude and a willingness to work within an acute mental health ward environment.
• Operate within a team or independently, understanding health and safety and safe working practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be provided.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday 15:00-19:00 hours, 8 hours per week.
• Must pass a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.

Shift Pattern

Saturday and Sunday 15:00-19:00 hours; 8 hours per week.
