An established family-run business with over four decades of industry experience is seeking a motivated Facilities Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to join their expanding Facilities Management division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering high-quality maintenance services across Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the wider UK.

As a leading specialist in their sector, they serve a diverse range of clients, managing their systems from design and installation to ongoing maintenance and compliance, with a dedicated team committed to quality and safety.
About you:
- Minimum of three years' experience in helpdesk, scheduling, or coordination within Facilities Management or a similar environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with superb attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at using Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is advantageous
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
What you'll do:
- Oversee the daily operation of the helpdesk, ensuring all maintenance requests are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently
- Coordinate engineers' schedules, optimising resource allocation based on priority, location, and skill set
- Support the planning and scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance visits, ensuring compliance and timely execution
- Review job reports, prepare quotations for additional work, and follow up with clients to secure approval
- Generate reports on job performance, SLA adherence, and backlog to support operational decision-making
