Job Description
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to coordinate FM and technical services on site in Bristol, ensuring delivery of operations to meet SLA/KPI targets. The role involves monitoring contractor activities, enforcing QHSE standards, and participating in emergency response as Fire Marshall.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and able to communicate across all levels while supporting the FM operation teams and coordinating site audits and payments.
